Outreach

Outreach was great. My net memebers are pigs!! They really can eat!! I should probably let you guys know that every friday right after lesson, they would just run to my fridge and steal all my chocolates, yes I'm serious!! They've been doing it for 3 weeks already so ya, today I told them when I was looking for some chocolate to eat last tuesday, the container that stores all my candys was empty. Okay my net loves chocolates, like every single one of them. And as for today, we had too much food, but ya amazingly they finish it up...almost. I made nuggets again (I'm getting better at making solid golden nuggets!!) and cooked mushroom garlic soup. Soup was terrible I tell you, thank goodness there were only enough for my members and not myself hah!! Well I sorta gey kiang and went to put in some chinese mushroom in it, even Janice know one shouldn't put such thing inside...so ya the smell was weird, the taste..yucks!! Dinner started late cos' I made them work for their own sandwiches. As usual my pigs were very generous with their stuffings, their triangles were bloated up. We're so praying hard for visitors next month!! And take a look at Benedict and his adorable chubby face :D

Evolution of Dance

South Pier

Just came back from dinner with family and cousins. Went to marina south pier, at the seafood restaurant. And ya, marina south pier is just next to marina barrage so it means theres really nothing much over there except the distinctive colours between fresh water and sea water. We did go marina barrage in the end. I realised there's this certain group of people you'll always find hanging around there and no I'm not referring to the couples, I'm talking about another group :) And ya, we ended like those bunch of little kids we saw when we were looking down from above, playing round the little pool and the mini water fountain.

Oh and I'm so thankful that I actually went to the leaders retreat for the past two days. His presence was definately there. Since it was my first, this retreat totally changed my perception of what a leaders retreat is all about. Thank God I didn't miss it. Truly blessed by the sermons!! And next week, last session for NLT2. Now thats the one that has really killed my sundays for the past 3 months or so. Its really boring, even though I did learn a little from here and there, but still its boring lor, but nevermind, next week's the test anyway, just get it done and over with :)

One month just passed, another one to go and while Kenvin is already going MADagascar over work, I'm still jobless!! Nevermind, something to cheer myself up: just 'bought' two brand new albums from Coconut over an hour. BoA's new jap and english albums!! BEST!! Thanks Coconut!!

Nuggets

The weather this morning was really disappointing, but thank God, that was just to 'clean' the beach up for us. We still went ahead with our plan, I prayed hard that it was gonna be sunny for the rest of day, and it was :) I had so much trouble frying the nuggets myself cos' I had no idea how golden brown IS golden brown. So ya, ended up having 3 different looking sets of 'golden brown' nuggets. But no one really cares cos' they finish it all up!! Anyways, I'm glad I brought Featured along and that she even agreed to tag along. Thank goodness she got along well with the rest (See I just expanded your social circle!!). We ended up having some little picnic, the typical mat, the food, the drinks and a group of old people sitting in a circle around the mat, gee. As usual catching up was the best part. Haven't been out with them for almost 2 years already so hearing from them was interesting. Went down to sakae sushi after sentosa, went to meet the rest of the group and boy was I surprise to see some faces whom I haven't seen in years. We had to have 2 long separate tables. Okay I enjoyed their level of engergy, their craziness...haha can't believe we're actually 21 already yet doing all these. I really really enjoyed the time spent with them. Alright I'm just gonna bring more friends to tag along with them in future, with that I get to save money on having to meet them on different occassions!! Gee...

The birthday chalet for the first 3 boys was fun, except the rain, which kinda defeated the purpose of our water bomb. But yaa...it was fun still. Hope you guys like the present, well of cos' you do, I choose one mah.

Went to get Mr. Lim's present in the afternoon. Surprisingly, Mr. Lim was generous enough to spare his precious birthday time(with Jackie) and call me down. Nah Jackie and Engwee pleaded me to come down..just kidding. So end up went with Car to meet those two. That old man brought us to Marina Barrage. I don't know what's so beautiful over there. It felt so science centre-ish, no actually its even worse. Maybe I don't really care how our country deals with the water...oh well. The funny photo taking thingy that was inside, the photo turned out so bad, lousy...eee~yerr. So ya, thats pretty much the little excursion we had (never going back again~), not to mention the extrememly blazing sun that followed us throughout, oh my word!!

I'm super tired now, still got handbills to do tomorrow morning!!
